Santa Cruz Predator Caught by Online Predator Hunters and Arrested

40-year-old Kirill Viktorovich Neledva (pictured above) of Santa Cruz left his residence on June 3rd to meet with who he believed to be a 13-year-old girl who he had been communicating on social media with for sex. Instead, he was met by an online predator watchdog group called Child Safety Soldiers and subsequently placed under arrest by the authorities. Child Safety Soldiers is a group founded by Shane Coyle of New Jersey who founded the group seven years ago after he had discovered that his 11-year-old daughter at the time had been talking to a predator online. Since the groups inception, they have been involved in over 600 sting operations. Neledva attempted to claim entrapment; however, the evidence collected by CSS proved to be more than sucient since Neledva had acknowledged the decoys age as 13 years old and his intention to have sex with her and he was arrested.

We applaud Child Safety Soldiers for all their hard work. If anyone has any information pertaining to a predator within your community, contact the authorities or a nonprofit organization that specializes in catching predators.
