Major Sting Operation Leads to Arrest of 27 Predators

A major sting operation, deemed “Operation Valiant Knight” led by The Tim Tebow Foundation and its Operation Light Shine worked alongside five dierent Intercept Track forces to identify and arrest 27 predators who were caught communicating with whom they believed to be underaged individuals online. The sting operation which took place in Jacksonville, Florida, and the surrounding counties, led to the arrest of predators from all walks of life including Austin Maddox (pictured top row, second to the left) who played in the Minor Leagues for the Red Sox, Chad Sladowski (first row, center) a respiratory therapist for the Mayo Clinic and Kevin Pearce (second row, center) a carpenter for the Duval County Public School system. It was noted by News 4 Jax station that the majority of the individuals arrested were under the belief that they were talking to a 14-year-old girl. We commend the Tim Tebow Foundation and the Jacksonville law enforcement for their excellent work in the sting operation.
